Summary: pro-pretty poolstrong hot tub jetspontoonbig roku tv's in main bedroom and living roomspacious master bath-altho no closet doors?spacious kitchen2 refrigeratorscon-could not heat pool daily-not enough propane allowedpool and hot tub broke down and we could not use for our last weeksuper dated furniture and decorcluttered with tchotchkes mish-mosh of kitchen utensils, plates, glasses - nothing matchedmildewed shower curtainmany missing items - we told owner and she ordered towels & washcloths & beach towels (ripped), tea towel(only one and ripped), glasses (only a few highballs), bowls (only 2), potholders (also ripped up), teaspoons (just a few), wine glasses (just 2).outdoor furniture was really indoor furniture - very beaten up - peeling and lopsided (my husband put 2x4 under one leg)outdoor furniture and toys were filthy and we had to scrub down ourselvesno pool lounges at allpool table was not outdside but in the living roompool bean bag chairs were deflated, leaking and bug coveredvacuum not working - owner ordered a new oneadirondack dock chair cushions moldy - owner tossedno replacement remote batteries or light bulbs - owner orderedmany fishing poles on boat but none workedboat - battery dead and owner said to just charge daily! we (experienced boat owners) told her it needed replacing and then she did.overall a very disappointing house. the owner does not know her inventory and has used old used furniture and decor.
